Tom Palczynski

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Tom Palczynski found his calling as a high school student in Detroit, MI. As part of his Christian education, he worked as a physical education instructor for adult group home residents, and immediately felt a resonating connection with his students. Tom became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2011, and joined the JMA team in 2012. He says, “JMA is special because we address the needs of the individual, as well as of the family as a whole.”
While comfortable working with clients of any age, much of Tom’s experience is based in upper elementary to high school aged individuals with ASD (Austism Spectrum Disorder). Tom says, “I love this job because I know this is what I am meant to do with my life. When I am working with individuals with special needs, it feels as if we need each other.”
